1. Fixed a crash in the file manager that occurred when file entries had missing user data; files now display correctly and new files are properly attributed to the creating user.
2. Configuration changes are now validated server-side before being staged locally. Invalid changes are rejected immediately with a descriptive error message instead of being saved and failing later at commit time.
3. The device inventory search API now handles conflicting device names gracefully. Searching by device name when duplicates exist returns a clear response, and duplicate names can be resolved via the inventory list endpoint.
